Advantage 360 Adopts DocOrigin 3.0

Global Telco Software Solutions Provider Moves to Next-Gen Document Generation software from Eclipse

CAPE CORAL, FL – Eclipse Corporation, a provider of enterprise document generation solutions, announced today that Advantage 360 Software has selected DocOrigin 3.0 to integrate within their suite of business management software solutions. The company worked with authorized DocOrigin reseller ProTechnology for six months to test the integration. Advantage 360 develops a highly internationalized suite of convergent billing, CRM, POS, terms management and operational support software for telecommunications carriers and internet service providers around the world. The company needed to find a replacement for end-of-life document systems and DocOrigin was adopted to support the migration to next-gen solutions.

Advantage 360 selected DocOrigin as an enterprise document generation tool to replace older systems from Adobe. “JetForm Central from Adobe is coming to the end of its life, so we needed to find another alternative,” explains Dick Card, Advantage 360 CEO. “It is important that carriers and providers have a billing system that is accurate, dependable and integrated with their entire business process. After researching and evaluating many similar products we found the right mix of features, price and support with DocOrigin.”

Eclipse Corporation is the exclusive North American distributor of DocOrigin. More than just a replacement, DocOrigin is a next-generation solution with dynamic graphic capability and automated marketing tools that will give Advantage 360 clients an advantage. “Advanced features will help subscribers better understand their current bill as well as what’s going on historically with their account, and that is going to cut down on customer support,” says Card. “More importantly, our customers are stepping up efforts to cross-sell and promote, but relying on the human factor is a huge mistake.
