Combined technologies give European banks a scalable loan automation solution
CAPE CORAL, FL – Eclipse Corporation announced today that the company has entered into an ISV partnership with Norway-based MetaTech AS to provide loan automation solutions to small and mid-sized banks and financial institutions throughout Europe. MetaTech’s “MetaBank” solution will now include DocOrigin provided by Eclipse; extending the solution capabilities to include enterprise-class electronic forms and document generation.
Under the agreement, data produced by MetaBank software for loan origination and closing will be merged with data-driven document and form templates using DocOrigin. According to Gert Ove Sagvang, CEO of MetaTech AS, the combined capabilities will bring enterprise level features to financial institutions of all sizes. “The primary use of DocOrigin with the MetaBank system will be to produce documents and forms related to new loans,” says Gert. “For our small and medium-sized customers, DocOrigin provides us the license flexibility to meet their needs when viable alternative solutions can only be afforded by large banks.”
Small and mid-sized banks will benefit from a more affordable price model as well as increased assurance of regulatory compliance, says Eclipse Corp. CEO, Steve Luke. “Legally compliant form templates provided by SPAMA are imported with DocOrigin and easily configured for seamless use with the MetaBank software,” explains Luke. “As a result, financial institutions can be more confident that the documents being produced will meet all regulatory and compliance requirements.”
DocOrigin 3.0 was recently certified for IBM PureSystems on AIX, CentOS, Red Hat and IBM i. The first customer to purchase the combined solution of MetaBank powered by DocOrigin is yA Bank in Norway.
