It’s been an eventful spring for all of us at Eclipse. Over the years, we have worked with a diverse variety of clients, including leaders from industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, insurance and financial services. And all that hard work is starting to show! Here are just a few announcements.
Eclipse becomes Oracle Gold Partner
In April, Eclipse Corporation became an Oracle Gold Partner. This is an important partnership, since the Oracle Partner Network offers members access to partner-specific training, resources, go-to-market tools, and support. We’re proud to be part of the elite program.
As a gold partner, we will take advantage of extensive and specialized Oracle-based training. Plus, we are now eligible to develop, sell, and implement the full stack of Oracle products and solutions. One good example is our new DocWizard solution for Oracle EnterpriseOne customers. DocWizard is designed exclusively for Oracle customers that need to migrate away from end-of-life legacy document generation software. DocWizard is the most rapid and dependable solution to convert JDE EnterpriseOne forms and documents. We’re proud of this new relationship with Oracle.
Join Eclipse at PDF Days Europe
The Portable Document Format (PDF) was born on June 15, 1993, when Adobe Systems first shipped Acrobat 1.0. Two decades and hundreds of billions of files later, PDF is the world’s chosen electronic document format; a universal choice for the fixed-layout, self-contained documents so vital to businesses across the globe.
As a result, we are pleased to announce that Steve Luke, Eclipse CEO and Alex Reiss, Eclipse CTO, will attend the PDF Association conference being held in Berlin June 14 and 15, 2016. This event is extremely popular worldwide and we are pleased to be a part of the conference and a member of the PDF Association. Founded in 2006, the PDF Association exists to promote the adoption and implementation of International Standards for PDF technology.
Eclipse is pleased to announce that our enterprise software – DocOrigin, DocWizard, and Customer Communications Center – now support PDF/UA for production generation of interactive and batch documents, contracts, and forms. Now, you can generate user accessible PDF/UA compliant statements, order acknowledgments, etc, from any ERP, EMR, or CRM system. No changes to your line of business software are required.
The upshot is that PDF is much more than it used to be! We’re going to be exploring the uses of PDF as a mobile solution, and for accessible files and electronic invoicing… all capabilities that we have built right into DocOrigin. Learn more about the PDF Association here.
Zebra ISV Partner program
The good news isn’t over yet. Eclipse Corporation was just recently accepted into Zebra Technologies Partner Connect Program as an ISV Partner. Zebra Technologies is a leading manufacturer of barcode printing solutions that support multiple verticals, including the manufacturing and healthcare markets. Our DocOrigin enterprise e-forms, label and document solutions will create opportunities for Zebra’s channel partners to deliver more value to their customers, as well as enabling Zebra’s enterprise customers to create higher value labels, delivering more information and providing up-sell opportunities for each customer. We’re proud of this new relationship with Zebra.
