Global Telco Software Solutions Provider Moves to Next-Gen Document Generation software from Eclipse
CAPE CORAL, FL – Eclipse Corporation, a provider of enterprise document generation solutions, announced today that Advantage 360 Software has selected DocOrigin 3.0 to integrate within their suite of business management software solutions. The company worked with authorized DocOrigin reseller ProTechnology for six months to test the integration. Advantage 360 develops a highly internationalized suite of convergent billing, CRM, POS, terms management and operational support software for telecommunications carriers and internet service providers around the world. The company needed to find a replacement for end-of-life document systems and DocOrigin was adopted to support the migration to next-gen solutions.
Advantage 360 selected DocOrigin as an enterprise document generation tool to replace older systems from Adobe. “JetForm Central from Adobe is coming to the end of its life, so we needed to find another alternative,” explains Dick Card, Advantage 360 CEO. “It is important that carriers and providers have a billing system that is accurate, dependable and integrated with their entire business process. After researching and evaluating many similar products we found the right mix of features, price and support with DocOrigin.”
