Events

The Eclipse team was in sunny (between rain storms) St. Pete Beach, Florida for Xplor 22 – a two-and-a-half-day event focused on strategies to transform the customer experience.
The conference attracted end-users, analysts, consultants, industry experts, and vendors who shared their views on best practices and trends in the customer communications industry. Xplor is known for its educational content, and the 2022 version did not disappoint, with an impressive lineup of three well-attended session tracks, general sessions, and panels. Plenty of networking opportunities offered chances to catch up with old friends and make lots of new ones.
Eclipse supported the event with a booth in the exhibit hall where we held a drawing for an Amazon gift card. In the session rooms Jeff Gary, our VP of Sales and Business Development, and Marketing Manager Marti Rodda presented “The Fundamentals of Digital Transformation”.
Unlike some of the larger industry conferences, Xplor is an intimate event that offers attendees a chance to have meaningful conversations and learn from some of the brightest people working in the customer communications industry. You can find our more about Xplor International at www.xplor.org.

Keep IT Out of Your Documents
In the old days, companies relied on programmers to create the routines that generated customer-facing documents like bills, statements, and notices. Many of those legacy systems still exist, but solutions like DocOrigin® make it unnecessary to involve IT in the design or administration of critical customer communications.
In our latest blog article, see how things have changed, and read about best practices in a modern document composition environment.
