Gartner shared some great statistics we think everyone should know from Salesforce’s Fourth Annual State of Marketing Report at their last show.
68% of marketing leaders say their companies are increasingly competing on a basis of customer experience.
89% of top marketers say the consumer journeys positively impact revenue growth.
106% growth occurred in the last two years for email marketing in B2C companies.
