Xplor 2019
Xplor19 is right around the corner April 23-25 at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas. We have so many things to be excited about and celebrate in Las Vegas this year! We will be receiving an Honorable Mention for the 2019 Xplor Application of the Year Award in conjunction with Legal and General America at the Ceremony on Tuesday, April 23rd. Eclipse helped Legal & General put DocOrigin and Business Communications Center in production and consolidated data streams, implemented multi-channel print and digital document delivery, and added customer engagement capabilities and centralized document management. The result of their DocOrigin implementation included an 80% reduction in development and processing time as well as 60% lower document maintenance costs. A total ROI was also achieved in less than 12 months.
We’re proud to say our very own Leslie Conduitt will be presenting Best Practices for Migrating to a New Document Output Solution in South Pacific J at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, April 24th. As companies migrate their legacy document output software to newer solutions, their first instinct is to use the “quick & dirty method” of straight form to form conversion. However, this is an opportune time to take advantage of new features that reduce document maintenance and development, enhance marketing, and streamline processes. Electronic Document Conference
There is even more to look forward to! PDF Association’s Electronic Document Conference is coming up, June 17-18 in Seattle, Washington. The EDC is meant for CTOs, product managers, developers, technology strategists and technical users working with electronic document technologies, and especially for developers who need to create or process PDF files. Their aim is to facilitate shared experience, perspectives and information on standards, platforms and applications that use electronic documents. There will be dozens of sessions in areas such as accessibility, automation, business, file formats, open data and document workflows. See this intensive conference agenda here. This is a must do event with great networking opportunities
